2016年の初リリースから一躍人気DJへ成長を遂げたPeggy Gou.韓国語で歌いあげるトラック“Kハウス”をセルフレーベル〈Gudu Records〉や名門〈Ninja Tune〉からリリースし、ロンドンではフェスティバルを仕掛けるなど、破竹の勢いで活動を続ける注目アーティストが新春のダンスフロアを華やかに彩る。
NikeやLouis Vuittonとのコラボレーションや自身のファッションレーベルKIRINをはじめとするファッション界での活躍も著しいPeggy Gou。音楽制作では「It Makes You Forget (Itgehane)」でブレイクして以降、ダンス欲を刺激するトラックに自身のボーカルをのせる独自の路線を開拓し続けている。今年、人気ミックスシリーズ「DJ Kicks」を担当した際には、90年代のテクノ～エレクトロニカや最新のベースミュージックを、あたたかくキャッチーなメロディセンスでまとめあげ、DJとしての幅広さを証明してみせた。そんな彼女とMILD BUNCHのコラボレーション。

Peggy Gou has grown to become a very popular DJ since its first release in 2016. He released a Korean-language “K House” track on self-label “Gudu Records” and a prestigious “Ninja Tune”, and set up a festival in London. An artist who continues to work at the pace of breaking bamboo will color the dance floor of the New Year gorgeously. Peggy Gou has been active in the fashion world, including collaborations with Nike and Louis Vuitton and his own fashion label KIRIN. In music production, after breaking with "It Makes You Forget (Itgehane)", he has continued to pioneer his own way of putting his vocals on tracks that inspire dance. When I was in charge of the popular mix series "DJ Kicks" this year, I put together techno-electronica and the latest bass music from the 90's in a warm and catchy melody sense, demonstrating the breadth of being a DJ. A collaboration between her and MILD BUNCH.
