LOGO DESIGN
GatheringではTHE NORTH FACEが設立した登山学校「MOUNTAIN ACADEMY」と、女性専用の登山学校「WOMEN'S MOUNTAIN ACADEMY」のアイデンティティーをデザインしました。
This logo is the central element in THE NORTH FACE MOUNTAIN ACADEMY’s visual communications system. Through consistent and repetitive use as a signature device and design element in all of OEF’s visual communications, the logobecomes a visual shorthand which identifies the Agency and symbolically embodies its activities, achievements and goals.

ツルハシとロープという直感的に登山を連想させるモチーフを使用して、アカデミーらしさを表現するテイストで仕上げています。
WOMEN'S MOUNTAIN ACADEMY Logo
上記の「MOUNTAIN ACADEMY」とは違い女性専用のアカデミーなので、女性らしさを感じさせるフラットデザインで表現しています。エンブレム形状を使用することで、「MOUNTAIN ACADEMY」との親和性を高めています。
We designed the identity of the mountaineering school "WOMEN'S MOUNTAIN ACADEMY" for women organized by HE NORTH FACE. Unlike "MOUNTAIN ACADEMY" above, it is an academy exclusively for women, so We express it with a flat design slightly out of element of femininity. By using the emblem shape, "MOUNTAIN ACADEMY" is also linked.
